format digital files for small document production. Whenever possible, please provide a hard copy proof as a go-by.

If you are sending native files,
we accept most desktop publishing, illustration and graphic editing programs (see list). Blair also recommends that images are saved as .tif or .eps files.

If you need hard copy documents scanned, we can help improve many types of document flaw clean up some types of document flaws, adjust margins, and deskew crooked pages.

Blair recommends proofing every document before completing the final print. Blair is not responsible for jobs that are returned if they were not proofed. Please allow enough time for a complete proof and additional time if you have requested any document clean-up. Contact customer service for additional information.
