File Preperation Guidelines
General File Guidelines

Blair prefers a printed PDF using the PDF Settings of BlairPDF or ExportPDF
Secondarily, a flattened TIFF @ 200dpi or EPS with all fonts outlined, ICC Profiles, and images embedded.
 
If possible, attempt to keep file names as short as possible and consistent throughout the job.
                For Example:
-                          Blue1, Blue2, Blue3
-                          HouseInt, HouseExt
-                          4432-01, 4432-04, 4432-05

Please include FINAL size and File size in job information.
Include ¼” Bleed on all sides
For jobs printing on Clear Materials please include the following information.  
-          1st surface (Image in front of media) or 2nd surface (Image viewed through the media)
-          Backlit, Front-lit, Day/Night, or Block-Out
-          If using only a spot-white; include a file with White Ink placement as a spot color (vector), spot channel (raster), or detailed instructions (standard design charges apply)

Please include cutting guides as a separate file using different spot colors to define each cut/crease/kisscut/etc.  area.
When cutting medias 3mm / .125" to 1 inch thick, all objects must be at least 5 square inches in volume.  
 
*Following these file setup guidelines will reduce the turnaround time on jobs and reduce or eliminate file prep charges.
